We talked about the Emotiv last year during GDC and came away fairly impressed. Basically you control games with your “brain” using thoughts, expressions, and emotions to move on-screen figures.

This is the final official headset — we saw a prototype last year — and it will cost about $299 at Emotiv.com. You can use the included software to connect directly to almost any game using the Emotiv EmoKey. I’m going to call this a very cool toy right now, but clearly a technology to watch.
