As much as I’d like it to be true (I’ve been playing a lot of SMG lately), the professional buzzkills at Joystiq have investigated and thoroughly debunked the widely-viewed video purporting to show a DS version of Super Mario Galaxy. You can read the whole article if you like but the gist is that the original video (which was recut for GameTrailers.com) is by the guy responsible for the well-known Nintendo ON hoax from way back. Yeah, I’m sad too, and hungry, but there’s been too much gaming action this year to cry about something like this. Now go back to playing Team Fortress 2.
