Now here’s an interesting idea for those of you who aren’t leaving Mom’s basement no matter what, even to demo the latest phones. It’s called TryPhone, and it’s a Website that essentially lets you virtually demo the latest phones without having to leave your AD&D game.
I’d like to see more phones, but it’s a new site, so we’ll give it time before making jokes about random half-assery.
While it’s not as interactive as I’d like, the demos walk you through the basics, like text messaging and interface look and feel. They’re really tutorials more than demos, but you get the idea. Try it with the virtual iPhone to see how accurate it is.
