This is Zeno. He’s a robot modeled after Astro Boy, ya know, the old Japanese comic character. Apparently this little creepy robot can walk, talk, express emotions, make eye contact, recognize who you are and greet you by name. Zeno connects to a Windows PC via Wi-Fi for its intelligence. Weird.
