“Shoot, I should’ve gone with Blu-ray.” “Wow, HD DVD is much better than I thought…” Torn between which high-def format to support? Like LG before it (and Samsung sometime in the future), Inteset has devised a way to watch both! formats on the same device. Both its Maximus and Denzel media servers will play Blu-ray and HD DVD discs, thanks to a little PowerDVD action on the software side. You’ll be able to hear both formats’ sound formats like Dolby TrueHD and the DTS one. Add gobs of storage—the Maximus can be fitted with up to 6TB of space—and you’re looking at quite the little media server.
