Peter Moore Quit to Be With His Family, Doesn't Mean Xbox is Dying

This is Peter Moore playing DDR. We met once. He’s cool.

The news of Peter Moore’s departure from Microsoft sent shock waves throughout the food service industry yesterday. But he didn’t leave because of the whole Xbox 360-falls-apart-as-soon-as-you-turn-it-on thing. No no, he left because he’s a family man at heart and wanted to spend more time with them.

Family’s happiness that has to be prioritized over everything else

I believe him. Just because he left the company, which was apparently agreed upon five weeks ago, doesn’t mean the the 360 is doomed to failure. Let’s be honest: the 360 is doing just fine. If you discount the toy that is the Wii, then it’s doing even better.
