Shakeup at Nintendo

georgeharrison.jpgThings are getting interesting at Nintendo of America Game Informer reports that three key players are jumping ship, and they’re not the only ones. The company’s Sales and Marketing team is set to make the move from Seattle to either San Francisco or New York, and approximately 90% of the of the staff has decided not to go. But the big news is that three key executives including Senior Director of PR Beth Llewelyn, VP of Marketing and Corporate Affairs Perrin Kaplan and Senior VP, Marketing and Corporate Communications George Harrison (right) will also be leaving the company.

The only key marketing executives to remain on board are NoA Chairman and CEO Tatsumi Kimishima and President and COO Reggie Fils-Aime. The company has given no official word on whether these rumors are true, but a shake up at Nintendo has been a long time in coming.
