While it’s OK to include a stylus for the phone’s operation, by definition and research, a touchscreen must respond to finger gestures. “Durability of the screen remains the number one concern for touchscreen devices. However, accuracy-enhancing technology and visual — rather than haptic — feedback are also keys to success,” said Paul Brown, senior user experience analyst at Strategy Analytics.
