The Nokia N95, also known as the “fattie media phone,” has finally started shipping to the important markets in Europe and Asia. (Of course, we’re left high and dry.) Nokia’s not even marketing it as a cellphone, but as a “multimedia computer.” The slider has a 5-megapixel camera, built-in GPS and support for mobile broadband technologies like HSDPA and EDGE. Sounds like a cellphone to me.

The N95 runs on Symbian S60 and does a lot of what Apple’s iPhone does, just without the touchscreen and holier than thou attitude.
