So if you’re impatient like me, you might want to try this simple way to get around the country lock that is placed on your Xbox 360. Go to Xbox.com and register a new gamertag, and make sure that the email address you give doesn’t already have a gamertag registered to it. After that, when asked where you are located, pick the country that you want content from. Once all that’s finished, go to your Xbox 360 and select the “recover gamertag” feature.
