Three Great Windows MCE Plugins

Tuesday, October 24th, 2006

As Windows Vista approaches its launch date, us early adopters of Microsoft’s Windows Media Center need to stop patting ourselves on the back and start gearing up for what’s coming soon – HD content via CableCARD, for instance. But before that, here are three great plugins for Media Center that let you do things like listen to iTunes-purchased songs on your Media Center.

By extension, we’re thinking that the iTunes plugin will allow people to listen to their iTunes music on their Xbox 360s as well, since the 360 is just an extender for MCE. What’s more fun than racing down Tokyo’s streets while listening to the Domo Arigato, Mr. Roboto track you bought off iTunes? Nothing, that’s what.
