Skype is launching Skype Video for Macs today (look for version 2.0 on this download page). Skype Video for Windows has been available since last December.

We haven’t gotten our hands on the software yet, but this will not require two downloads like the July beta version, and will hopefully have some level of stability.

Now if they could just add a very simple call record feature to Skype, our podcasting lives would become much, much more pleasant…
