Apple Posts Macbook "Support" Page

Friday, September 8th, 2006

Apple has put together a support page for those of you who’s fancy Macbooks have been shutting down on their own accord. It consists of a link to AppleCare. There’s very little no other information on the page, and no explanation at all, but if you’re having the problem, they’ve got a fix.

It’s not on their page, but Yours Truly called up his buddy Steve Jobs to get the skinny. There’s no recall, so any conspiracy theory is out the door. They basically run you through basic troubleshooting, along the lines of, “Is it plugged in? Is it turned on? Is it made out of cardboard?” So is Apple is admitting threre’s a problem, but doesn’t really haved a solution. Awesome!
