I don't really have a problem with people speculating on things (although it seems to be getting ridiculously out of control lately on the web), but can't tech crunch create the modern day equivalent of the Op-Ed column and sandbox from their main feed? I'm getting a little tired of being led in only to find that it's not really info, but speculation. At least do something like mark the post title with SPECULATION or RUMOR. Otherwise, you'll soon have at least one less reader.

I agree with most. This article is a joke. NOT crossplatform. Works on SOME Macs. And at least with my install, the video IS Flash. This plugin simply extends the Flash player at the moment. Notice there are extra camera sources listed in Flash preferences? Nothing more, nothing less. Why would Google go against Flash? They probably understand its a tough market to crack, where as the browser wars are far from over, hence Chrome which also needs to get its "cross platform" act together.
