From looking at NetSol Whois it seems that http://www.psy-help-energy.com was registered in May of this year (2008). The personal site was registered it seems in 2005. I’m wondering whether someone will be speaking with the webmasters that helped him set up his web sites.

What is interesting about Karadžić is that there are many pundits who heap criticism on the Bush administration for not capturing bin Laden 7 years after 9/11 (criticism btw that should also go to former President Clinton for not getting him after the USS Cole and African embassy bombings). Here is an example of a notorious accused war criminal, accused of monstrous crimes against humanity, hiding in plain sight in Europe’s backyard for 12 years. While the world may be flat, it is indeed still very large and with the aid of a local population, whether it be explicit or simply through not caring, a criminal like Karadžić or bin Laden can easily evade capture even when the rest of the world is looking for them.
